Bakery Vocational Training Center is invested by Saftviet Joint Venture Company Limited and funded by German Development and Investment Bank (DEG).
Bakery Vocational Training Center with the project: “Improve your modern baking skills to become a professional baker” worth 334,629 EURO was established with the aim of providing more skilled workers to the bakery market in Vietnam.
Activities organized to date of the project:
- Organized 8 free basic baking training courses with the participation of more than 100 participants from provinces and cities of the country.
- Organized 4 training courses for 70 students who are regular students of the school to participate in training.
In addition to basic training courses, the Center also organizes 7 free advanced bakery training courses for participants who have a background in baking and want to improve their skills under the guidance of experts from Singapore.
The center also organizes baking training courses for the school's officials, teachers, and staff to train the core trainers for the center.
Currently, with the advantage of owning The Bakery Vocational Training Center, consider cooperation with businesses as one of the school's top strategies, in the academic year 2020-2021, the school has developed a formal training program in Baking Technology and is currently training 253 students at college and intermediate level.
