October 4, 2019: Opening Ceremony of Bakery Training Center at Ly Tu Trong College of Ho Chi Minh City.

The bakery industry in Vietnam is currently short of skilled human resources. Current bakery courses on the market focus on basic skills and do not go into baking science expertise, sensory analysis and understanding of consumer tastes.

Since then the project "Enhancing modern baking skills to become a professional baker" was formed. The project is co-financed by Germany Development Bank DEG and SAF-VIET Ltd., Co.
